“Przyszłość Europejskich Dokumentów Oceny i Europejskich Ocen Technicznych”
European Technical Assessments (ETAs) issued based on European Assessment Documents (EADs) are a valued tool for manufacturers and the market to place innovative construction products within the EU. Since 2013, EOTA member Technical Assessment Bodies (TABs) have issued more than 11,000 ETAs to applicants from 73 countries worldwide. The currently pending draft regulation to replace the CPR assumes that certain changes will be made to both the status of the EAD itself and the procedures for issuing ETA documents. The presentation will discuss the most important elements of the European Commission’s legislative proposal, related EOTA proposals, and prospects for upcoming changes.
